Cycle-aware

Every plan follows her cycle

Pick a phase. Training focus, macro targets and the app screen change with it — automatically, for every client, every day.

Every client gets a plan built for her week

Cycle phase, goal, adherence and your coaching rules go in. Today’s session, macro targets and a habit nudge come out — on the web dashboard and in the app, the same recommendation.

Questions coaches ask

Is cycle-aware programming included in every plan?

Yes. FitxOS is one flat plan per coach and every module is in it — no add-on stacking and no per-client fees. Phase-aware sessions, Cycle-adjusted macros and the rest of this page ship on day one.

Does it work in the branded app as well as on the web?

Everything here runs on the web dashboard and in your student app from the same data — including anything the recommendation engine suggests. Coaches author on the web; clients act from their phone.

Who owns the data and the payments?

You do. Payments settle into your own Razorpay account with 0% commission, the site runs on your domain, and every client record can be exported at any time. Cycle data stays consent-gated at the database level.

I stopped juggling five subscriptions. Programs, cycle-synced nutrition, live classes and my Instagram funnel all run from one place — and my clients finally feel like the plan was written for them.
